Well after a good run two weeks ago I let the 308 sit because of the snow and rain. Now it just won't start or crank. The battery is new. What I did notice was the door lights and headlights working but not the radio or turn signals. Fuses look good nothing fried underneath. I hope this isn't something big; I'm having a real string of bad luck so far. Help!

If everything controlled by the ignition key doesn't work (gauges, starter, turn siganls, etc.), you need to find/check the "AMP terminal board (4 way)" connector (item 7 on your OM schematic, and I think it's located behind the relay panel -- if someone has a jpeg please post) or the ignition key switch itself (you might see if you can wiggle/reseat the wires on the backside -- the big red wire is the +12V coming from the 4-way connector). The +12V power to run the headlights and the +12V power going to the ignition key switch branch off from this 4-way connector (so, if the trouble is with the branch going to the ignition key switch or the ignition key switch itself, the headlights could still work).
