    To all those who helped out with my strange problem where my 308 wouldn't turn off....I'll tell you the solution!......seems my HAZARD SWITCH on the console feeds to fuse #1, which is connected to fuse #3, which is the fuel pump. Lo and behold I found the switch cracked in two pieces!!! After studying the wiring diagrams with several motorheads, we realized the possibility and found that we could turn off the fuel pump by turning ON the hazard lights! That led us to remove the console and discover the broken switch.

    Neat, huh??
