    I have this nice column switch suitable for a 1980 to 1985 308. No cracks, everything works and the lettering is bright and white. The cancelling ring is solid and strong. The switches and the rotating knob, work well, with very positive action.

    It is always good to have a spare as the 308 column switches are fragile. I would keep this one but my 1978 has silver stalks.
