    I'm just about ready to set the engine back in an 85 QV. Unfortunately I got the car with the engine removed and partially disassembled and cannot tell from the harness which crank sensor goes where.
    There are three sensors on the harness, one has green/blue wires, another has red/red-black wires and the third has tan or white/black.
    Do any of you know which goes where on the bell housing intermediate plate?

    here you go ;)


    1-4 cyl. bank = rear bank, tdc sensor 10am position : blue - green


    5-8 cyl. bank = front bank, tdc sensor 08am position : yellow - black


    engine speed pick up = tach sensor, 2pm position: red - red / black
