I recently purchased an 85 308gts qv with 31,000 mi.
in 4-05 and had an independent ferrari service perform
the full 30,000 mi. service. Car has run great until recently. During the warm up period, 1 - 2 minutes into it, usually when I'm fussing with the top the engine cuts out. This happens with no warning, as though someone turns the key off. After restart the car runs rough until about 5-6 minutes when warm up is complete, it then runs fine.

I replace the cat with a test pipe. About a month later is when the warm up issue started. Could this have anything to do with the problem?

If anyone has any ideas it would be great to hear from you.

It could be many things. You would need to start checking different items to get an idea. To me it sounds like a warm up regulator issue but it could be as simple as a fuel pump relay cutting out but I doubt it. The best way to find out would be to check your fuel pressures with a CIS pressure test kit.
