    Hi all,

How do you create a playlist, using mp3 files on a USB stick to import on the HDD ?

Do I just create a folder, under the root directory and that creates a playlist, or does that just create an album ?

Cheers anyone who can help ...

Hi Bigblock737, no if you go under manage files, music, you can import music and it says there by disk or USB, I've already done some imports this way, but just curious how to create playlists ...

You're correct about importing from USB. Much quicker than from CD/DVD but still really slow.

I've tried and given up on creating playlist on the HDD. I tried different playlist formats in the root folder, folders, text files. All to no avail.

If you get it to work, please post the answer.

The method of adding to playlist in the car is just so slow it's unusable.

Where are the written instructions to explain how to use the system?

Perhaps someone can post them or a link!

Which manufacturer made the sound system?

I guess it's supposed to be so intuitive to use, you are supposed to be able to figure it out on your own. But I don't understand all the details

Hi all ... had it confirmed today by my local dealer, the ONLY way to create the playlist is to copy all songs on to the HDD by USB and when on, go into manage MY FILES, MY MUSIC, MANAGE PLAYLISTS, CREATE NEW PLAYLIST ... that's the only way sadly, other than use the Ipod lead and create one in Itunes, but of course that's not using the hardddisk then !

Cheers all for help ... along the way !

How can we select a specific playlist to play? I can create playlist and put songs in there but still never figure it out how to play songs from only one playlist.
