Hello, The York compressor failed in my 328. I would like to upgrade to a rotary style A/C compressor. What are your thoughts ? Where can the conversion kit be purchased ? Thank You

I bought this set up: https://gtcp.com/product/115776rrk-a-c-compressor-retrofit-kit-with-brackets/

Not cheap ($1200-$1300 IIRC?), but they've been very responsive on questions & follow-up. I chose it because the adapters were very well made and would bolt directly into the existing compressor mounts.

(Oh, also, I haven't installed it yet, but I have test fit in on the engine in the original Ferrari mounts.)

You don't need to spend that much.

    Get this bracket
    https://www.jegs.com/i/Vintage-Air/960/15815-VUB/10002/-1

    And get this compressor
    https://www.autoaironline.com/ac-parts/sanden-7312-compressor-2624

    It's a Sanden model 7312

The whole thing will run you about 300 bucks.

Same bracket I have in my car, same compressor I have in my car.

You'll also likely need a new belt. But I'm not 100 percent on the 328 as I have a 308.

But this is the one I used on mine
    Gates 11m875 belt

    I got mine from here:
