328 A/C hose routing question

I want to make the air conditioning functional again in my 328 GTS. At some point the condenser was removed (and I was planning to replace it and the fans that are attached,) at which time the lines were cut in back at the compressor, so I need to install new lines.

Can anyone shed some light on how hard it is to replace the a/c lines, and how they route from the condenser to the compressor? I have the service manual, and there is no mention of this.
