328 AC Control switch plate

the knobs are held in by small set screws that are facing forward on the knob, so you don't see them from sitting in the car. on the 308's its the same thing , and then the plate just comes off once the switch knobs are off..

on the 328, the plates are held in by pressure - but there is a small indentation that orients the plate to the correct direction.
