Does anybody know if a standard 328 muffler fits on a 308 QV (non-cat versions)? I saw that the parts numbers of the respective tubistyle mufflers are identical.

early US 308's had a dual inlet and switched to a single inlet like the 328 in 84 or 85. I am not sure about the euro version.

I don't know about the non-cat (euro) versions, but the USA (cat) versions *are* identical.

1984-1985 308 QV cars have a 3" single-inlet exhaust design. VERY similiar, if not outright identical, to the 328 design.
