You would think that putting on a new set of center caps is one of the easiest jobs. Not with the caps I have. These are OEM Ferrari in a Ferrari package. They are not like the caps I am replacing which have a flanged plastic end to secure into the wheel along with an O ring. These have no flange only a groove. They came with O rings that are too large to fit in the groove they also came with 4 snap rings. I bought a snap ring tool and it would not open the ring wide enough to get it onto the end of the cap.

Are these the right caps as they do fit nicely into the wheel. Also If I buy the right size O ring to fit into the groove will this be enough to secure the cap or do I need to somehow use the snap rings. Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks

I assume they are stock wheels, if so your problem sounds like they gave you the wrong center caps. The center caps that fit the 308 also fit the 328, 348, 355 and 360 and I have always gotten them off e-bay thru George Evans and never had a problem on both my 308 wheels or 360 wheels.

They should just push in, no snap rings or other devices needed.
