    I need to remove my 1989 328 GTS clock for repair. Need some specifics on how to attack the center instrument cluster. Thanks

    This is an easy job. There are two screws at the bottom of the center console. Once removed, the cluster should slide down. There are two thumb-screws that hold the clock in place.
