As has been stated, unless the numbers are very low - say, under 100 PSI on any cylinder, what matters is the variation between cylinders. 10% variation between highest and lowest is the common acceptable spec though in the performance/competition engine-building world that would be considered much too high. Five PSI from highest to lowest was a commonly used number.
