328 Drain Ports

I have lately questioned the functionality of my drain ports running down the pillars left and right of the windscreen. I ran a piece of stiff plastic cable (weed eater line) down both to try and test for blockage etc... Drivers side came back wet and did not run as far down as passenger side. Was in rain this past weekend, but should be dry by now... Anyone ever serviced those drains?

Any other drain port stories / issues in others areas you guys have experienced? My car is a 86 328 with 72K miles so it has been driven and might have been more prone to collecting road trash than your average garage queen.
