328 engine compartment insulation

Are you refering to the insulation between the engine and luggage compartment?

Mine to is starting showing a time for change, although still in one piece.

 

Aluminium foil with an adhesive back is most common in the UK to replace the foam.

Should have added that I used the 1" Skinned.

 

I've used Armstrong insulating material, as used in A/C insulation.
Very similar to the original, non-flamable.
