    Early 328s should qualify; anyone considering this? Its not cheap; about $1500.

    What is this, and why would (only?) early 328s qualify?

    Its only available to all Ferraris up to 1986. Its a program that culminates with the car in question being certified by Ferrari (i.e. that all components of the car are as Ferrari made them, or that the car was restored/repaired to factory standards).
