328 fog light lens replacement

Hi! I need to replace one of the headlight lenses on my 328. I'm buying a new lens from Superformance and just wondered/hoped someone might have some advice about taking the old lens off and fitting the new one.
I read somewhere about baking the light enclosure in the oven to melt the glue? Has anybody done this with good results? Any other methods?
What kind of glue should I use to fit the new lense?
Any help would be much appreciated.
