    Hi Ferraristi,

On my 328, the right front light seems to have lost its original setting.
The left one place is well in place : the dimension between the front body and the light is around 0 mm.
But, the right one is to low, about 8-10 mm, as seen on the pic. It was not the case may be 6 months ago.

I don't know how to make the setup of this. I suppose the light must be disassembled. Any idea ?

I have sometimes electrical gremlins with the light lifting up and down. Last night, every was fine, but when I shut off the lights, the right one didn't get down. This afternoon, I redo, and everything returns normal.
May be some bad contacts due to humidity or so ? even if the car is in a small humidity garage.

    Thanks for the advices !

There is a turn buckle that is used to adjust the height of the bucket. It does seem that the contacts inside the motor are failing though, you will need to pull the motor out and take it apart to inspect for wear. There's no adjustment that will cure the irradic operation you're describing.

You can adjust the height by first having the light pop up. then you take the 4 screws on the side of the light to take the metal cover off from around the light. That will give you access to the adjustment bolts.

It's been awhile since I had to adjust the lights but I think if you turn this knob on the top of the lift motor about a 1 revolution it will bring it up level. It's the manual lifting knob on the motor. I THIIIIINK it lets you adjust positioning of height.
