I just sent my 328 fuse box out to GT in Phoenix, to get a quick turnaround (promised <1 week). I have had lots of issues with electrics. The most recent issue was that the car would not start unless I dropped the board and dangled it under the dash, and RPM varied as I lifted / or let drop the board by an inch or so.

I realize this might not just be the board. As I removed the board I noted a good burn mark on the left-side edge connector, which appears to be the same place as a brown wire I had previously seen as being a bit loose.

The car has had a burglar alarm installed. I think that was done poorly. Not sure how to get rid of that, or if I should, and just get it done right. But that is an issue for another day - maybe unless it is part of the problem.

My concern now is how to get that one loose wire in the connector firmly back in place and I have zero knowledge of how that could be done..

I've attached a picture of the connector and the board prior to removing relays and shipping.

    All insight appreciated!
