Now this is how a car should be advertised on e-Bay. Look at all the great photographs: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=4540169550&category=6212 It's a pity that someone cut holes in the doors to mount tacky loudspeakers. Otherwise the car looks great, doesn't it? Tot later, MARK

Wish we had those prices for cars in europe!! Only the Ferrari's seemd to be priced equal with EU, rest is 25-35% priced. At least with The Netherlands.
that car (the first one) is indeed brilliantly marketed. The listing fee must have cost a small fortune!
Mark, I read that story too, but that nothing has to do with yes/no buying a car on eBay. I sold several classic Alfa Romeo with on ebay and was very satidfied with it.
Hi Roel, I have done a fair amount of selling and buying on e-Bay and it's just a fact of life that not every seller can be trusted. I have done a few seemingly clean and honest transactions only to be stung by con-artists. Luckily they were not large sums of money. So from my experience, the higher the value of the object on sale, the more cautious (and sceptical) you need to be. I am not, of course, questioning your track record on e-Bay, but there are plenty of unscrupulous operators out there willing to screw gullible Ferrari owners! Cheers, MARK
