163770 miles are a bit too much, IMHO.
I am nor a fanatic of low mileage, but I should look for something fresher.

Way, way too many miles at 164,000 km's. Another $15k would get you into the best 328, so at their asking price it's also way too expensive.
Big repair bills can't be too far off at that mileage. An engine rebuild is north of $25k for example. Keep looking and buy the best you can afford is my advice.
BTW, 328's are great starter Ferraris.

I don't want to knock any Ferrari for sale too hard, but AUS spec 328's suffer the worst loss of performance compared to a UK, or HK/Japan car of any. In fact an import 308 QV and even a 2Vi are significantly faster. Build quality is still much better on any 328's over any 308's though (although still not perfect of course). Of course, even an AUS 328 is still a Ferrari, and not exactly slow, just don't expect too much.

Also of course, imported 328's are generally a bit cheaper still, although the ask for this car is not silly.
