Thanks to everyone who responded on the "struts and carpets" freak I had about my 328 GTS last week. Well, the dealer has agreed to repalce the gas struts ("they work when its hot but not when its cold") And has agreed to have a trimmer attend the car FOC to replace the missing portions of "carpet" behind the seats which turn out to be vinyl, not carpet and were never separate items so cannot be ordered as spare parts - you have to have a complete carpet set for the whole car would you believe!! So I'm happy with my Ferrari again! Cheers, Nigel
