328 Headlight problem

I have a loud clicking noise on one headlights when raised. Looking for advise on possible reason.

 

first thing to do is fault find which one is causing the problem and use the manual method outlined in your hand book to raise the headlight to diagnose the fault. it should be easy to fix.
remember once you have the headlights in the upwards position, remove battery cut off or you'll use a finger if it goes down
remove four screws holding the headlight cover and you will have good access to mechanism that lifts the light up, happy hunting.
report back once you find fault

 

Check the gearing on the motor mechanism,could just require lubricating as it appears it is the gearing is not meshing correctly.

 

Loose wiring harness......
