    Does anyone have a good photo of where the horn is on a 1987 328? I've read all the posts stating it should be on the passenger side between the wheel well and headlight, but I can't see it. Not sure if I need to remove a plate or not to get access. Any help is appreciated.

    turn h/lights on remove the h/light relay this will turn off the lights but they will stay in the up position remove the h/light sorround 4 screws 2 each side of h/light globe.... it's down there deep in the bowl's you need double jointed elbows..... u may need to remove the front grill .....g/luck

    the horns are located below the driver's side headlight compartment.
    they can be accessed by removing the inner wheel well panel after taking off the left front tire.
    once you get the wheel well panel off you will see a "shelf" that the assembly is fastened to.
    do not be confused by the components in the lower area. that is the blower motors for the heater boxes.

    removing the headlight assembly might be useful, but i'd try to get the horns out without going to that bother first.
    being careful, patient, and thinking about what you're doing is the best procedure.
