    So -- what's the purpose of the little rubber stopper behind the louvers on the GTS?

    Mine are missing. My mechanic brought it to my attention and said it was to dampen vibriation along the lenght and provide support in the center.

    Tillman, they're a vibration dampener. I got replacements from Ferrari of Atlanta, as one of mine had torn off shortly after I got the car.

    They actually keep the doors on each louver from rattling against the body panels and make a tight fit when you lock them down.

    Thanks for the pictures. Agreed, vibration dampeners. Without those you will damage both the paint and the louvers.

    I call those 'Little Rubbers'. I've replaced the ones in 'front' twice already, they continue to pop out. I can't seem to get them reinstalled correctly, I guess you have to pull them through from inside the body panel to get them to 'click' into place. I need to replace them again, I've lost them on both sides.
