Check the fuse first then it could either be a faulty power window switch, faulty power window motor or faulty wiring.

To check if the motor is faulty you need to remove the door trim panel and access the connector that feeds the power to your window motor. You need a multi meter set at volts DC.

Disconnect the window motor connector plug and touch one probe of the multi meter with one of the terminals of the connector feeding the motor and touch the other terminal with the other multi meter probe.

It isn't important which lead goes where just as long as they both are on a separate terminal.

Now move the switch up or down and you should get approx. 12volts DC in the up or down direction and -12volts DC in the opposite switch direction.

If you have power feeding the motor and it doesn't move then that will tell you that the motor is at fault.
Try that out and let us know but first check the fuse.

Are these motors the same on the 308? If they are Birdman has a great rebuild thread. The only thing I will add to that thread is to disassemble the electric motor to clean and re-lube it (in addition to the plastic gearbox). I just did mine and it was corroded stiff. A little wd40 and some scrubbing and some scraping and its whrrs like a whirlybird.

As well as the above, I have had a motor stop because the wire got stuck and the motor stopped because of two much force required to move the wire , new wire strip down and all fine. And I use tape to hold down new wire on spool much easier

None of the issues with wire, spools, relubing etc apply to the 328 which uses a different (and infinitely better) system.

Are you absolutely sure the motor is faulty? I cant remember ever seeing anyone on here who has had to take apart a 328 window motor owing to a problem with it.

Its a sealed unit, you'd have to force it apart I think.

    Pop out switch from door
    Remove wire from connector
Small pcb on rear of switch, remove one screw. Hold it tightly as there are six very very small ball bearings and equally small springs inside. Plus a metal contact
Remove clean and put some contact grease on it and re assemble you need a very steady hand and a second pair of hands to hold down the pcb under pressure whilst all the bearing/springs don't fly off all over the place.
I know as mine flew down the kitchen plug hole and had to recover from u bend.LOL
Have fun it's an easy job but very fiddly
    Cheers
