    Is it possible to remove gearbox and cluchhousing complete from the engine without disassemble the clutch and the transfer case ?

    No,

    Bell housing off, clutch off, end plate covering crank and gearbox also has to come off to access 2 nuts in the gearbox and the crank case necessary to seperate the parts.
