328 - Removing the Doorcards

Hi, I want to remove both door cards - I found an excellent 'how to' guide for a different variant of my car and have removed all the obvious screws, but clearly there is one or two I am missing as the black 'grab handle' that houses the door latch mechanism and the electric windows is still firmly fixed to the car.

I have removed the small access panel at the front of the grab handle, undid the bolt behind the interior light, and also disconnected the door release mechanism.

My car is a 1986 328. What am I missing??

 

Now sorted thanks - the door release handle in the front of the grab handle was in two parts - once I had teased off both parts it revealed another two bolts which when removed dropped the handle off the door card.
