328 Seatbelt Spacer

I'm in the middle of an interior redo and I've come to the conclusion that my memory is just not what it used to be (hope my wife doesn' t read this!). It kills me to have to ask this but I'm trying to figure out if their is a spacer on the seatbelt bolt on the passenger side (see below blue circle).

I know for sure there is one on the driver side because it was stuck on the bolt with some gunk. I might have mistakenly put it on the top seatbelt bolt. I have a hard time believing there is one on one side but not the other.
