    Can anyone tell me how difficult it is to get to the door speakers and replace them? Does the entir door panel have to be removed?

    Door panel has to come off. Its not difficult but there are some slight variations in how it is fixed depending on the age of your car.

    Once the door panel is off then the speaker is easily removed.
