what have you 328 owners (or 308s with 16" wheels) found to be the best cold tyre pressure for road use? What is recommended in the handbook?
I run 34 front 38 rear but Horsey tells me he runs the opposite, Giovanni gave me those pressures, reckons you need 4 psi difference front/rear, which makes sense I think Horsey runs 30 all round and he's the gun
You say it makes sense, but it's a Ferrari, so nothing makes bloody sense. By the book tyre pressures for the 355 are 34f 32r fwiw...so where's the sense in that?
my manual says 33psi <200kph and 36psi >200kph nothing about differences between f/r but Giovanni has done a lot of trackwork with a pyrometer
I have no experience with road tyre 16's on a 308, but Modelers settings would be a good starting point.
it'll be putting the XWXs on next month when the wheels are done, but in the meantime, I have a carby run to do.
Not that it matters, but I run cold 32 psi on the front and 36 psi on the rear of my 348. I have NEVER played around with pressures on it though. No track to even bother wasting my time doing it.
