Just wondering if anyone knows the last Series 1 328 VIN and the first Series 2 328 VIN? There is a series 1 for sale that is 75990 here in Nashville. The next closest series 2 for sale online that I could find is 77045.

    Thanks,
    Rod

Just found 76632. Series 1. So somewhere between this and 77045 now.

You are putting too much emphasis on a "perfect" switchover. Having a little blending is reasonable -- especially in the F world ;) (i.e., they didn't not start building the first Series 2 until the absolute last Series 1 was completed).

Why do want Ferrari to be so assertive? Yes the production of the "Serie 2" starts with chassis "76626, an "euro" GTB that is today now in Canada...
BUT the are a few cars here and there, say "about a dozen", after #76626, so "into the "serie 2" production range, that are nevertheless still "serie 1" with the former suspension; probably a matter of parts remaining in stock, and also different markets.

Among cars known to me as "serie 1" among the production sequence of "serie 2" you have for instance #76632, an US GTB well known on this forum, 76647, an US GTS...
And quite an number of Right Hand Drive cars, either UK or Australia: for instance #76793 (UK), #76680 (UK), #76688 (UK), 77032 (UK), #77368 (Australia), which all are "Serie 1" cars well into the production sequence of "Serie 2".
There might be a small number of others, unknown to us to this day, or already known by chassis number but without the picture showing they are "Serie 1"...
