The weather stripping on top of the window of my '89 328 has deteriorated. I'm trying to find a replacement and having a hard time. Anyone know where you can get such things?

Some places to start might be Reoriginals, Ricambi (see 'Sponsors' link above) and T. Rutlands. If Daniel (Ricambi) doesn't have it, he would know where you could look.

    John,

You can try this link in addition to those provided above. They have "rubber trim" listed on the left hand side and show fittings for the 308 but not the 328. I have purchased a few things from them and they are local to me. Always nice and helpful. I would call them regarding rubber trim for the 328 series.

I need one too. This is what I found so far

    http://www.ricambiamerica.com/product_info.php?products_id=229261

Found it by searching roof gasket, says it is for the front roof gasket for a GTS, so I think this is it. The original p/n (60380201 GASKET), which was replaced with the one in the link.

I'm near Ferrari Parts Exchange if they do in fact have them, but prefer to support a sponsor.

Bill, I e-mailed ricambi about that part and they said that it does not include the top weatherstripping. They said that Ferrari discontinued that part some months ago and they sold the last 3 they had (just the top windshield weatherstripping) for $300 each. So, they at least cannot get that right now until or unless someone other than Ferrari makes a replacement part.
