    Hello all!

I am new to this site, and found on the web while searching for answers regarding the wheels on my 328 GTS -88. My car has ABS brakes, and the ABS style convex wheels.

However, I find the older non ABS concave wheels moore attractive, and would prefer to have them fitted to my car. Now I hve been told they do not fit. so my question; WHY do they not fit? Can they be made to fit with spacers? Hope to get some answers!

    All the best from Sweden!

I own an 89 and I prefer the earlier wheels too. Many people think they made them convex to accomadate the ABS. This is not true. They were changed because they entire suspension was changed. You will note there is much more offset the convex wheels than the original deep dish style. If you want different wheels, you have to go aftermarket.
