I have traced the fault on my heater switches (passenger side on a R/H Dirve car).

    1) The switch works fine and power goes from the switch all the way to the top of the foot well.
    2) I have run a wire from top of foot well to the control valve and vale and switch works.

There must be a break in the wire or a bad plug between these points but I cannot work out where the cables run.

The wring diagram I have off net does not show a plug in the cable but looks like there maybe a plub in the drivers side, but
I guess this maybe swapped arounf from L/H drive to right had drive.

Can someone help telling me where the cables run after dissapering into the top of the foot well ?

This must be a simple problem is there any better diagrams showing where all the wiring runs etc.

What 328 schematic/diagram do you have? Is there a print number on it in the form XXX/YY? Can you please give the title if it has one?

Also, please give the model year and version for your 328 (consider adding this information to your Profile).

I have upated my profile (1989 328 GTS)
I have now found the problem, bad contact in connector behind fuse box/relay board.
(connector not shown on the diagram I had)

    Glad you found the trouble.

Since you have a euro/standard 328 these won't be correct for the injection system schematics, but, if you go here:

    http://ferrari.stevejenkins.com/books/

you can download the 1989 US 328 Wiring Diagrams booklet 559/89 (minus 1/2 of Figure 9 and the Back Cover) which may have a lot of other commonality with yours.

    Enjoy the heat!
