Hi,
I am a new 328 GTS owner and my roof leaks at 4 joints when it rains. Does yours leak? If so, did you do any thing with it, did it go away? Any advice is much appreciated.

You should post on the Technical Board. Check the rubber seals. Make sure that they feel "rubbery". Also try when you put the pins in (over windshield), go on both sides and push each side of the roof in as far as you could, then lock in place. They say that the Targa was well made and does not leak, well I happen to have the same problem. I think it comes with low mileage cars, and people who tend not to use the roof often.. Maybe the "fit" changes". I only have 16,000 miles (its a 4th car), and I tend to leave the roof off most of the time and I try not to drive it in the rain. There are times when the black clouds move in, and I'm miles away from home and here comes the rain. It's usually a rush job putting on the roof and it leaks. You really have to take your time and make sure that the rubber seals are in great shape and you really insert the front part as far as you can. Also, when the roof is installed, open and close the windows. Keep an extra towel in the car and make sure that the A/C works, because if not, you will be fogging up "big time"! Good Luck

I think I'll replace all the seals and hope it will be enough.

12,000 orig miles, car is in absolute concourse condition in @ out. I have all service records, history, tools, jack, books. This is the 88.5 car with the convex rims "without" the ABS.
Is there some way I could find out if there is a registry just for 328GTB's?
How many GTB's where built for the U.S. in 1988? & what number in the production line would my car have been for U.S. production that year, ie, was it #14 of 50 cars built?
