    I've put it off long enough. My 330 of thirty years needs an engine rebuild and a paint job. I've moved to Ohio from LA and need recommendations for a good vintage Ferrari shop in the Midwest. I could ship the car to either coast, but I'd like to get the work done within driving range. Any recommendations?

    There is what is purported to be a first rate concours shop in Wisconsin, I think it's in Neenah. You could do a search , because it's been discussed here.

    In Mundelien Illinois call Skip, of Mccabe's Automotive. 847-949-8340. Well known in this line of work. He has a web site. This is a true Toy store. Skip just did my 308. It looks better than new. Amazing craftsmanship. Tell him Dan Giacalone recommended him.

    Wayne Obry with Motion Products has had more Ferrari's invited and win at Pebble Beach than any other Ferrari restorer in the US.

    His labor rate is an amazing $59.00 an hour!

    While there are alot of good shops that can work on your car, Wayne is very reasonable, most professional and you will not have any surprises when you go to pick up your car! As a side benefit, saying you have a car restored by Motion Products certainly adds an additional value to your car.
