So yesterday the clutch spring popped off,......is it a big deal?
Clutch works perfectly well without it. I assume it’s a clutch assist spring?

It looks like the spring that helps the clutch pedal.
It’s about 5” long, tight wound spring, 1/2” diameter......has a j shaped hook on both ends

I think it’s the clutch pedal return spring.

    Assist spring.
I have been driving my GTC for over 40 years without the spring.
