Hi, as you may know I have the MG models P4 kit waiting in the wings and am doing lots of research to get the best out of the basics provided by the model.
al lot of the parts need replacing , or will just be replaced for the fun of it!

what I am looking for are detailed pics of the car, preferably in period, but anything will do.
I will be doing the 1967 Le Mans runner up, are there any bits that are very particular to this car in this race?
Ideally i would like to get my hands on some pics of a full restoration, with most of the parts photographed seperately, I have looked through the forums, and found lots of good stuff already, but on most of the older posts the photographs seem to be missing (taken off perhaps?)

Can anybody help a modeler out?

    regards,

    Sudesh

    Hi Sudesh,

You've got a kit that has the potential to be a true showpiece when completed. I have one currently being built for me by a American builder known for his ability to scratch build parts and his obsession for accuracy. The model kit has many serious problems with poor quality components, inaccuracies and structural weaknesses and will require replacing many parts to correct and strengthen the model so it doesn't collapse under it's own weight. If you have the time, ability and patience to see it through to completion, you've got yourself a winner!

    Best of luck!
