I found the answer, lots of threads to read.
Presuming the 360 Starfish hasn't been machined before, it should be using 52mm bolts.

    7mm shave = 45mm bolts
    12mm shave = 40mm bolts
    17mm shave = 35mm bolts

I found a set of Titanium bolts on Kijiji, Montreal, asking $250 CAN ($195 USD)
    Used, quantity 20x
I phoned them up, fellow said it's a 52mm shank.

I find this really really hard to believe assuming you had factory diameter tires and the car wasn’t lowered.

I had standard wheels, tyres and ride height. Driving out of my condo, I have to go over a speed bump while turning rather sharp left. The left wheel goes over the bump first and, even though I went very slowly, that was when it rubbed (happened twice although I tried to change the angle at which I was "attacking" the bump). Before, and after I removed, the 15 mm spacers, I had no problem going over the same bump in exactly the same way.

Another member's car with 15 mm spacers at front:

This car, and others like it, have an 8.5 et36 front wheel (the equivalent of the factory 7.5 on a 26mm! spacer)and, iirc, 355 spec tires.

This car is lowered on H&R springs, no fender rolling, and 8.5” front wheels with an et of 40 — essentially the factory wheel on a 22mm spacer. Tires are 235/40-18
