348 / 355 dashboard air outlet

I'll need new L.H dashboard air vent for my 348 (so the one where you can control air flow) and it looks like 355's vent looks exactly the same except decals, just much cheaper.
(I'll re-finish it anyway)

So does anybody have information if 348 and 355 vent are actually the same what comes to plastics? (except the decals)
