Hello, i'm looking for some numbers of gaps between the chassis parts. I have marked the parts i'm looking for on the pictures. Because i'm reassembling the outer chassis parts at the moment and the gap is very high ..but i dont know how high it should be. On the place with the big A between the front fender and the piller is there space that i can look threw? How much? In some ways this question goes to the heart of Ferrari ownership - I cannot imagine a manufacturer less likely to specify panel gaps - which is why Ernie's answer is both facetious and a completely accurate translation from Italian - although in the original a word equating to "approximately" is added by way of a hand gesture
But i need some area of the gap size .. what is normal i have at the moment arround 8mm gap .. in my eyes its much too big? Or is that normal? And i have a big gap between the end of the fender and the pillar is that also normal? Because if not maybe some support structure of the fenders is bend a bit and needs tobe reshaped. I could make the gap then smaller .. 3mm or so. .. but if that big gap is normal i can make it al to 8mm or what it is now. But i can look threw the gap so big it is nearly everywhere on the hood and also on the rear engine bonnet the gap is that big but there i don't work so there should be the factory gap if no previeus owner has made something there. __________________ Samy
