Okay so what's the dress code? Around the house - jean and t-shirt? Casual- polo shirt and kakis? Sharp casual - coat, collared shirt, slacks? Business - suit and tie? Formal - tux? How are we dressing? I vote sharp casual.
Well I posted awhile back just casual...You can even wear shorts and a Hawaiian shirt, I'm just wearing Levi's and a shirt but everyone can dress as they wish. Geez!,you guys were 117 degrees yesterday in LA...unreal.
You may want to consider a light-weight jacket of some kind. If outside, it does get cool on the Bay.
A few questions as this thread is long and has bits and pieces everywhere. How many are going to C&C Saturday morning? Are we doing a drive? Are we doing thee Ferrari dealer visit/tour? Thanks in advance to whoever answers these questions, looking forward to seeing everyone.
It's free-form. Do your own thing. I'll be in the back left corner. Starts at about 7AM and ends about 10AM. Coffee stand available w/ cafeteria around the back . . . breakfast burritos! Enjoy.
The awards to just some who contribute to the 348/355 community on a regular basis. Goth, sorry about the missing 355 and spelling of 'innovator' but it was too late to correct at the trophy place...but the idea of thanks and appreciation to your contributions stay the same. Ernie and Robbie for making our 348/355 community a place we can all be proud of to be part of. Stooges for always being there above the call of duty and Pap for just being Pap. Saturday is coming up quick...I will post some closing reminders for everyone later tonight. Daniel, just so you know I tried to get an award made up for you too for all the things you do for the 348/355 guys but was too late to make the deadline for this event.I totally spaced it the day I dropped the information off at the trophy shop....my apologies. I'll send yours off to you soon....Dennis
100% absolutely not necessary. This is my job (but it doesn't really feel like work). y'all just have fun. And take some pictures!
Speaking of pictures, what time is everyone planning on showing up? I would like to get some car pics before we set sail. I'll be going to CC Irvine for the first time. Hopefully start the party a little early. Also, I'd like to try and contribute a little..... this 348 book (It's Japanese). Sorry, I don't have a 355 one. Great coffee table book..... Wow, beautiful Lou...thanks, bring it along and we'll add it to the drawing. Well, we start boarding the boat at 5:45 and shove off at 6:00 sharp...don't be late. If you want to get there a little early to take pics fine and check in cool.
Wow, I love this...those awards are very well deserved, congrats to all the winners and to everyone who contributes to the Brotherhood.

Well, I've decided to stay at the Doubletree in Irvine, it's two minutes from C&C and I haven't been there in over a year. I'll probably miss the Ferrari of Newport gig (bummer) because after C&C I've got to hoof it back to the hotel and load up goodie bags and then off early to prep the boat. BTW, the Doubletree is clear over in Irvine but it's only about $100 a night.
