Is that M16x1.5 or M16x2 threads? I have logo tow straps for either that work better than the tow eye/hook because they won't get bent in an off center pull. Once they are bent, you can't even remove them. Send me a PM with your email and I will send you some pics of the straps. Everyone has been very happy with the strap, it does the job and you can keep your valuable tow eye/hook at home, safe and unbent. Alden
