My 94 348 spider has a coolant leak somewhere after where coolant line attaches to top of motor and the top of the block. Any suggestions where, or what I might check to help locate the source.

The two aluminum long things on the top of the motor house coolant lines. Take the covers off and check them out.

It could also be the thin long hose coming from the expansion tank that connects to part #42.

Yup, prob part #42. You'll have to take the plenum off...

It was as several member suggested the expansion tank return hose that attaches to the #42 fitting. Its burried under the plennum, but accessable with a variety of long screwdrivers, and lon bent needle nose plires. Took about an hour to fix and now shes running on the road again. Thanks to all who responded

It can't be that on my Mondial t as all the water is leaking down the front of the engine where the water pump is.

So incredible that hose decay happens at a universal rate. About 20 years for this particular hose...
