Can anyone help with this? ABS and brake failure lights came on. Brake pedal has gone very hard and I have virtually no brakes! Specialist seems to think its the ABS pump - any other thoughts before I book in? Thanks Clarendon
Just fired the car up. Buzzing noise from ABS pump area then cleared and the ABS/Brake failure light went off and brakes working normally!! I think that I'll take it in and have it checked over Weird! Clarendon
If the ABS pump fails, you would still have brakes, just no ABS. Given the grip of those things, you might never notice. Strange issue though.
