348 advice needed! what to look for??

    have been looking for a GOOD 348ts for over a year now, have just sold my beloved boxster, and am now on the look out for the best 348ts i can buy, i have done as much research as i can do, and have found the garage where i will be making my purchase. i just wondered if any of you 348 owners could offer me any advice on what to specifically look for to avoid me making a huge mistake. i know rot around the door sills is a common problem and that the buttressess will split and rot underneath, but i need some firm advice on many other points that i just do not know about....... your knowledge is awaited.......

    Make sure the service was done to the car on time and depending on year that updates were performed. If it has the "mouse belts" make sure they work. Make sure the windows and door locks work as the pin connectors at the doors tend to be problem areas.
