I'm finally determined to resolve my non-working air con :)
My condenser was pin holed, so a new one has been sourced and I'm working my through the whole system. Got all the trims and undertrays off and have access to all the pipes and joints. I'm planning to replace all the seals with HNBR o-rings and convert to R134 gas.
Does anyone have the specs / sizes for the seals at the pipe joints? or done this job and have any tips / advice they can share?

Most of us who do this have a box of various sized o-rings and just match to fit. For 134 you need to convert the compressor oil out for compatibility and convert the nipples to 134 size so people don't think to put r12 in there. ...obvious things new receiver dryer and hold a vacuum for a good few hours at least before putting any gas in there.
