    I am wondering if any AC shop could refill the AC. Also wondering if the E& error code could be related to the AC not being cold or if the AC is not cold because I eventually get the E7 code... ***ing pisses me off.

    As you may or may not know, E7 is the code for "fan speed control unit", so it probably is not related to cold air output. At this point, it could be anything. Sorry.

    is there anyway to test the fan control unit with a multimeter and/or trying to power it up???

    You replace the "bad" fuse under the front hood yet? Off memory from a few years back... there is a fuse that burns up under front cover passengers side under hood....do a search there were posts about correcting it.

    Howeva, my 348 even with A/C functioning.... sucked for cooling. I eventually fixed it .... I got a 360 ;)

    They most certainly can, if its low on gas. :D:D

    Perhaps the compressor is not kicking in?? A wiring issue perhaps? :D:D

    If the fan is working ok, then I would take it to an a/c specialist and have them put some gauges on it to see if there is any gas in the system and then go from there. :D:D
