Can any of you do me a favour I have taken the door cards of my 348TB and am a little confused how they are fixed, I know there are plastic clips and various screws that hold some of them on etc. The area where I have a problem it the end of the door (opposite to the door hinge) are there any screws in that end?? The parts book lists 2 alloy strips called door upper moulding and door lower moulding but I cannot for the life of me understand how this attaches to the door. Any photos of the door end may clear this up.
Those strips on my car attach with two screws/washers (#26) in the below diagram. If I remember correctly, it catches into the sheet metal of the door on a fairly small "lip" that is bent toward the inside of the car. Image Unavailable, Please Login
I have seen the L shape bent bit wich is riveted to the door but i dont have the #20 on my car, and more confusing on my parts list they are in 2 parts 62956400 RH door upper moulding TAV 118#19 62956600 LH door upper moulding TAV 118#19 62956500 RH door lower moulding TAV 118#22 62956700 LH door lower moulding TAV 118#22 Any one got any photos ??
